Lyrics
Find another songIf I had plenty
And you were hungry
Yes I would give on to you
Just like friends we all have to give onto others
If I was a painter
I’d paint a picture
Showing that
No matter who you be we have to do what lover’s do
Yes it is over due
To love and cherish life in everything we do
Let your generosity shine through
May your actions be true
One and one make two
Help to pull you through
Try me, try me
To you all respect is due
I’m never gonna hurt you
Try me, try me
Our love is forever true
I don’t want to lose you
So don’t you worry
There is no hurry
Patience is a virtue
Find comfort Jah would never forsake you
Though some may disappoint you
Don’t let this break you
For in the end
No matter who you be we have to do what lover’s do
For it is over due
To love and cherish life in everything we do
So let you generosity shine through
And may your actions be true
One and one make two
Help to pull you through
Try me, try me
To you all respect is due
I’m never gonna hurt you
Try me, try me
Our love is forever true
I don’t want to lose you
