Lyrics
Find another songNothing lasts forever
Forever is a lie life is like a river
Of hellos and goodbyes
We're only on this planet
While the gods allow
Let's not wait for Heaven
We're living in it now
Oh, if we even get tomorrow
When time is only borrowed
It's alright, yeah, it's alright
Oh, and if there's really no forever
But we're here in it together
It's alright, yeah, it's alright, yeah
If you're breathing, if you're bleeding
You're alive so hold on, don't let go
If you're feeling your heart beating
You're alive, that's all you need to know
Counting every second
Spending them like gold
Time is like the future
It's out of our control
Don't look back and wonder
Where did they all go?
When billions gone before us
Are dying just to know
If you're breathing, if you're bleeding
You're alive so hold on, don't let go
If you're feeling your heart beating
You're alive, that's all you need to know
That's all you need to know
Oh, if we even get tomorrow
When time is only borrowed
It's alright, yeah, it's alright
Oh, and if there's really no forever
But we're here in it together
It's alright, yeah, it's alright, yeah
If you're breathing, if you're bleeding
You're alive so hold on, don't let go
If you're feeling your heart beating
You're alive, that's all you need to know
If you're breathing, if you're bleeding
You're alive
